Thanks guys and for clarity. I don’t plan on trying to do all of those business ventures on the same parcel of land. But I see step 1 is figuring out what’s in the realm of possibility then go from there.

Hello all. I am new to the real estate investing community. I have a tract of land in Eastern NC that I own outright an am looking and different ways to maximize profit while maintaining the land.

My current ideas that I have are:

Create a short term rental property on the land and list on air bnb which caters to those looking for a rural getaway experience.

RV Park

Creating a wedding venue. The revenue for this would be seasonal because it would be an outdoor wedding venue.

Thanks in advance for any feedback from the community.

Are there any lenders/developers on this forum located in North Carolina? I have a 45 acre tract of land that I would like to develop in some capacity.

Are there any landowners on the east coast that have completed any deals as a wetland mitigation bank? I just discovered this opportunity a few weeks ago. It seems this is very complex and not for novice and someone without a deep understanding can get taken advantage of easily. Any insight anyone can provide would be awesome.
