Hi BP! My name is Mellanie and I’m just beginning my real estate investment career. My game plan is to get a few wholesale deals under my belt to get a basic understanding of what a good deal is. I eventually will transition to building a rental portfolio in addition to a buy/hold portfolio. I’m looking to connect with other investors not only for possible future deals but to also learn and share new knowledge.
