I‘m under contract with the home. It will be closed soon. I thought about short term rental but that's a lot of work. I'd prefer leasing to experienced operators.

Hello! I have a 8bedroom 4.5 bathroom house in southern AZ with a pool and great mountain view. It was used as assisted living in the past. 

 I'm very new to this market. I don't want to get into the operation part. Do you have any suggestions to me?
