Post: Resources to Find Tenants That Skipped Rent (Already Received Court Judgment)

We have a California small claims judgment against our former tenants that didn't pay rent "because the caught COVID". They exhausted their appeal and we already started garnishing their wages. Unfortunately, it looks like the former tenants quit their job and moved to Texas (Austin area). I have tried internet sleuthing, checking their social media, and even Lexis Nexis to see if I could find the new employer with no luck.

1. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good company for a skip trace?

2. What experience has anyone had having an out-of-state judgment enforced in Texas?
