Anyone have experience working with US National Title Insurance Company? They are providing owner's title insurance on a piece of adjudicated property I am purchasing TODAY through an online auction. But the policy they are providing only cover the purchase price, and it lists a lot of exceptions. Here's a link to a sample policy:

I hoping someone from BP has worked with them before and can confirm that they didn't have any trouble getting their property fully insured with an underwriter on the primary market?

I reached out to my insurer and they said it shouldn't be a problem, but I would love to hear from someone who has actually done it.

Hi Mike Nguyen . I'm a newbie from BR as well. Went to my first local meeting up (the RING) earlier this month and met Robert Leonard (and a lot of other local investors) in person. You should definitely try to make the next meeting in September. It is definitely time well spent. Hope to see you around on BP and in the "real world."
