I am interested in a multi family property for sale. My agent has tried to schedule a few showings and the current tenants are not allowing anyone in. What options do we have? Should I ask if we could do a virtual tour of the property if they would be in agreement? This property is in NY if that makes any difference in terms of laws, etc. Thank you in advance.
