I am going to this Seminar on Thurs 17th of Jan. in The Woodlands Tx.!! Looking forward to it but I am very Motivated and want to Succeed at Wholesale and Flipping maybe Investing later but I want to do it correctly and I'm really searching high and low for a Mentor who knows Wholesale and is an Investor because I've read lots of forums on how wholesalers don't do things right and it upsets the Investors, so I'm really wanting someone or some people to teach me the correct way so we both can benefit. I think more Investors should take the time to help Newbies and explain exactly what they want therefore there will be no reason for them to complain. So if you know of anyone in the Houston Tx area willing to Coach me please contact me ASAP Please !! Sincerely a very dedicated and Honest Newbie.

Thx lots I'm not sure my Boss Don Wallis has them on our schedule I may be wrong on weekly if so i apologize I misunderstood him !! We wanting to actually be more Wholesaling finding properties than investing but might be a future option. We appreciate the Welcomes and look forward to helping and learning from each of you !!

Thx so much, We are looking forward to this !! No investing background but going to get my real estate licence and brokers !! I currently am an Accountant for a broker and investor. He is showing us the ropes and has a lot of contacts for us to use as well properties of all kinds he updates me with. We also will be going to Auctions weekly in our area for Best Deals on properties for Investors. We are very Honest and Faithful people who want to help others out of this opportunity, make side money, but be fair, reasonable, and trustworthy to make sure we build a long time relationship with our Investors !
