Hello, everyone! I am a long-time listener and lurker through my husband's account on here, but I wanted to say "hello" and formally introduce myself as an individual as well!
I am a semi-retired Speech-Language Pathologist-turned-REALTOR® and have never looked back! I love where I am finally, and I am happy to say that I am doing well for a newer agent in Atlanta. I am happy to help anyone who needs to buy or sell, as I have worked with several investors in my short officially-a-real-estate-agent career. I love to get very creative with financing, and I love getting my clients what they want and need to begin to build their legacy.
That being said, are there any "hot spots" I should be aware of in the investing world here (STR, MTR, LTR) that I haven't yet tapped into? I am excited to learn more and grow as an agent.
