@Matt Cramer, since that's your focus, I would attend a CIREIA meeting and network with the great folks there. They are a wealth of knowledge and can point you in the right direction. Their main meeting is tonight. Several hundred people are usually in attendance.

I'd recommend you join CIREIA (Central Indiana Real Estate Investors Association). They're a good group of people and becoming a member will provide you with a wealth of resources, not to mention mentorship possibilities. Go to their website and see what you think.
