  1. Hello, I am a new investor trying to learn more about REI and get my first property. One of my goals this quarter is to post on REI forums and connect with other investors to network and learn more. I appreciate any and all advice in advance! My first question is what creative financing strategies have worked well for you?

I am looking for BRRRR or seller financing for a mid or long term rental. Preferably a small multifamily.

I am working on trying to find some off market deals near me. Does anyone have any luck with talking to/networking with realtors and property managers in the area to find off market deals? How do you bring value to them and even if you are not going to use their services?

Does anyone offer a finders fee to people?

Thanks for the help!
