Hi Rhett-- What is your contact info.?  The property address is 2123 Houston Ave. in Norman.  Since I am putting in all new furnishings as well as dishes and flatware, I would probably rather turn it into a medium-term rental if we aren't able to rent it to students.

I am under contract on a townhouse in Norman and scheduled to close 5/25.  It is one mile from OU and I plan to furnish it and use it as a rental for college students.  I have a great property manager in OKC but she does not manage in Norman.  I would appreciate a recommendation for a property manager in Norman.  Thank you!
