@Kristin Flores-Brockman Yes!  Typically we do 25%BAC, but there are times we do incentives at 40%!

I don't believe it's mandatory to list the property in the MLS, unless it was a part of your contract. However, most property management companies utilize every available platform to maximize exposure and lease properties as quickly as possible. Your Property Management Agreement should also confirm if there is penalty for canceling. Hope it all works out in your favor.
