I am a real estate agent, additionally I also invest in SF and MF buy and hold. What is that you're wanting to do?

Also, If you're looking to stay up to date on meetups/investor groups, I would enter the filter "Real Estate Events and Happenings" in the forums as shown in the photo below. Then you're able to put in your city or zip code and a radius that you'd like to search within. After you've done that you can scroll to find other people doing the same thing as you!
