@Maria Thanks for your reply. I wanted to inquire about Lending Tree but are they an actually lender like a bank? Still trying to wrap my head around all angles of this 203k. All of my local banks say they dont do them, so I'm,ify about places like Lending Tree and such.

Thanks @Walter All of our local banks here have basically said they don't do then so I'm really unsure of where to go from here. I called New American funding AND they don't even do them. Maybe I'm misunderstanding Lenders vs mortgage or something.

Hey Everyone,

So I just started doing my research in 203k loans and have heard good and bad but I still thing its well worth it. But I have had no luck in

finding a lender in my area. What do I DO? If there are none in my area, what would be another close option to this loan? TIA
