Quote from @Drew Sygit:

@Meir Brach getting into property management would work, but tough to do part-time.

You're better of attending local real estate investing meetings, or doing so online.

Can anyone please explain to me what those meetings are and how I could find them?
Thanks.

Thanks @Brandon Vanderford and @Nathan Gesner for your replies; that's very helpful.

Hi Everyone,

I'm working as a full-time clinician and I am looking to potentially invest in property rentals as a side source of income. I'm currently saving money, building my credit and reading books with the goal to buy my first property in maximum a year from now. I was looking for a non-clinical side job in order to gain some money for my savings to potentially invest. I'm curious whether there's a type of job within the real estate field which I could do part time and will give me the opportunity to get to know the field. I don't have any experience in the field, which may make it harder for me to get hired. I assume that working as a secretary of a RE business wouldn't give me the right experience; I'm therefore wondering whether there's an appropriate job which I could do without prior experience.

I'd appreciate any thoughts and ideas.

Thank you.
