Hey! I'm a multi family investor in Oklahoma City area. I have 70 units with another 70 units or so in the pipeline. For financing I've used Midfirst private bank as well as Banc first. Midfirst isn't doing a lot on class C right now. I'm looking to get more options. Does anyone have any commercial lenders they love in the area that do multi family and preferably do 80 LTV rather than 75? I'd love to have more options for financing !

Hey all,

I'm looking to raise money from non-accredited investors who are friends and family. I'm looking for a lawyer in Oklahoma who has experience with SEC law and helping with setting up a syndication/raising money for a deal(Not sure if it's always called a syndication or what the distinction is). Any help or referrals would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello! Am an investor who currently has a portfolio made up of duplexes and a four plex. I started at beginning of 2019. All of the deals we have found on the MLS, but my question is what are some creative ways to get property not on MLS when it comes to bigger multi family? This can be for duplexes and quads, but also for 10 plus unit properties up to 50 units. Most of the methods I've heard pertain to single family such as direct mail, bandit signs , etc. I am curious to what methods you guys use to find multi family properties . Thanks

I'm a current investor in Oklahoma City area. I would imagine that Lawton is as described. Military town and I don't think there is much growth.

On a different note, does anyone know any good commercial brokers in OKC? I'm trying to get into bigger apartment complexes, 20+ units, but not much good inventory on loopnet at least which I know is not the best. I'm looking for a good commercial broker that moves a lot of product in OKC.
