Hi!

I am the ADU specialist for my company called Park Atlanta Homes based in Atlanta. We have been building for over 30 years from new construction to historic renovation. I say this all to say that we have a lot of experience working with the zoning department in City of Atlanta. All residential zones are now accepting ADUs! We build custom and templated designs every month. We have a full permit team and design team so that everything is up to code and ready for added equity in the end.
