@Dominic Jones Thanks for providing some insight!

I look forward to anyone else's responses. For example: the difference in experience when you became licensed after practicing as an unlicensed wholesaler for a period of time.

Is it illegal to practice real estate without a license?

I am currently in the middle of my NYS 75-hour course. It seems as though once you are licensed you are limited to working under a broker, but if you are unlicensed you can simply work for yourself.

Can someone please shed some light on the pros/cons of getting licensed versus being a non-licensed real estate professional?

Hi everybody! My name is Meghan. I work at Tesla Motors full-time in sales, and I love it. Tesla Motors is undoubtably accelerating the world's transition to sustainable transportation. We are the future.

However, I would like to create multiple streams of income for myself in a timeless industry - real estate!

I'm in the middle of completing my NYS 75-hour licensing course. Any tips on how to get started before I'm licensed?

Hi everyone!

I'm new to the Brooklyn Real Estate community and I'm wondering how I can obtain a legal Purchase and Sale Agreement and Assignment Contract.

I've read online that it can cost $500+ to have an attorney draft such documents. However, I'm sure there are more affordable ways of going about obtaining the paperwork.

Also, is an Offer of Purchase a required document when wholesaling real estate? If not, what documents are required in Brooklyn, NY besides the Purchase and Sale Agreement and Assignment Contract?

Will someone be so kind as to recommend a local title company or provide me with your own contracts?

Thank you! I look forward to working with you all.
