Hi Bigger Pockets Friends! If you were me what would you do. We are in Charlotte NC and unknowingly moved into a house hack and now are wanting to use our equity of 28K to make a profitable investment. What would get the best return? We are checking out a real estate fund that boasts 20-40% returns but liquidity is gone and it is not back by property. Or should I invest in a flips/ buy and holds? Lastly does anyone know of any Charlotte real estate firms or agents that specialize in investments like this? Thanks so much! Meghan

I am an emergency nurse by trade and a mostly at home mom. I have an ambitious spirit and would like to diversify my family's income through real estate. I have an eye for how things could be and vision for properties to be better than they are are. I love to learn from others who have fruit on the tree and would much appreciate advice from people that have experienced success themselves.
