Help!! Need some advice on how to move forward. I have located a house in my neighborhood that has fallen into foreclosure. It is not listed anywhere yet (I found it driving around and speaking to other neighbors) but I was able to find out the bank that owns the property. I am not sure the next step. Do I just call the local branch and inquire about the property? Any advice, tips, etc are welcome! Thanks : )

Hey All! Excited to be starting a new venture with my fiancé. I am originally from Smithtown, NY but am gradually making the move to White Plains, NY. We are looking to purchase and rehab our first home in the Westchester area. We are currently doing a ton of research (reading, webinars, seminars, checking out local REI associations) before jumping in.
