I'm not saying don't get one, but I've had several LLC's, plus some S Corps. The S corps were necessary due to that type of business, but the LLCs..... hmmm?

 @Bruce Woodruff-- establishing an LLC has been recommended from multiple professionals for several reasons. The biggest being liability protection of my personal assets. Im on this forum to learn- so I would love to know your thoughts on this.

Hi all, I'm preparing to establish an LLC for my property and future properties. What are the most favorable states in which to establish the LLC. I have read Wyoming, Nevada, Montana, south Dakota and Texas for various reasons including less fees and more favorable landlord laws.
