Hi, any recommendations for Homeowner's insurance brokers/companies in the Tampa Bay Area (non-flood zone)? It would be for a duplex landlord policy (no STR).

Thank you.

Hi, I am looking for a contractor/handyman in the area of Edenton, NC for light duplex Fix and Flip.

Thank you,

Megan

It’s a small house, under 800 square feet. Might do flooring too if it works in the budget.

Likely a new roof and light cosmetics.

Hi Doug, that would be great! What is a good contact for you?
Thanks!

Megan

I am looking for 30-45k lending for a SFH investment property in AL. The property would be utilized as a long term rental. Some rehab possible, but does not necessarily need to be fix and flip. Any options?
