Hi, @Bill Henley... yes, we have quite a bit in common! Though you and your wife are far ahead of me and my husband in terms of properties. I hope we can have a similar portfolio in a couple of years. I'm also interested in flips. I'm going to start attending the monthly STLREIA meetings in St. Louis... perhaps I'll see you at one in the future!
