I am watching the market in the last 4 years and I also believe this guy because he work in the ministry and in BG a lot of the big deals are made by those people. that`s why our country is in head places for corruption. And about the loans I think it will be very difficult. I am one example - We give the bank document, that shows our firm have 35 000 euro profit for the last year and this was not enough We mortgage one of our flats and after all this 1 month and a half procedure we get 8.5 % rate for year.
But if you don`t care about the rate I think it will be very quick but the rate will be 14-17 % for year. The official inflation for the last year is 12.5 %. Take a look at there is very good stuff about the loans, taxes etc.
Regards

I think it depends where you want to invest. I can tell you about Bulgaria - in the middle of next year it will be the right time I think, because the prices started to fall, but they will rise again at the end of next year. And they are really good in front the prices in the USA.

Hi again,
About European Union - they give us a lot of money for our infrastructure, but of course our politicians steal almost everything. Now the are great scandals about this and EU is stopping the money for some projects. And about real estates when we enter EU the prices starts raising, but now they are about 20-25 % lower then the last year. And I think, that next year they will foll more. And about my plans - I have one house on 2 flours and one flat in one city inner Bulgaria. The flat i give for rent. Now I am thinking to buy next year flat in our capital. I read, that Sofia is second most wanted place for investments.
That`s for now :)
