@John Klaus

Thank you for your reply. The price range is $1,300-$1,500.

We have two dogs so the carpet is a bit worn, on a scale from 1-10 probably a 5.

My wife and I are looking to convert our current house into a rental. We are looking into replacing the carpet in the living areas with a laminate flooring and updating the master bathroom. The kitchen appliances could probably use updating as well. Any suggestions?

Hello, My name is Phillip. My wife and I just bought our second house, moving into it and turning our previous into a rental. We are just getting the real-estate bug and reading everything we can get our hands on.
