@Andrew Johnson Im thinking of purchasing my first home as an investment. A lot of the research I have read is investers purchasing a fixer upper and living in it as they fix it up. Then eventually selling it or renting it out. Is this a good idea? Do you have any experience with this?

Hello Everyone!

I have been thinking of getting into real estate either investing in a rental property or doing fixer uppers. I have absolutely no experience in this field or where to start. Any starter tips?? Who should i contact first, real estate agents, investors?? Any knowledge would be appreciated.
