I need to include cities I am NOT located in also.

edited: criteria I am looking for: 5 or more units in complex, 2 bedroom/ 1 or 2 baths.

Does anyone have suggestions where to find various current rental amounts (online) for several cities throughout the US?

I have heard there is a site called rentalmeter (?), or something of the sort, but that it is about 6 months behind in actual amounts.

Newspapers seem as if they would have the most current information...(?)

Thanks for any tips,
I appreciate the guidance!

Do you have winners for this contest?

If so, will they be posted somewhere on the site?

Welcome! I am also new to the forum after trolling for a while.

You certainly have some experience to share with others. So far this I have found this to be a great forum with lots of willing people to help others.

I am just getting back into rehabs and trying to make it a more full time thing.

What is your name?
I'm sure you will have lots to contribute also! :welcome:

I'm looking for Property data sites that have REO, NOD, and NOT information.

I have just joined and have been trying to read from a few of the sub-forums I am experienced and need assistance with in the past couple days.

I definitely will be joining in!

Hi Alison,

I am another female starting full time in the REI business. I would love a copy of your business plan and maybe we could compare notes. I have been at it several years, but not doing the volume I want to do now.

Could you PM it to me? (I don't have enough posts to PM you, I tried).

Thanks,
Jillian

Now that I am trying to invest on a full time basis, I find that the available RE foreclosure sites which I used to use, do not have enough or timely information for me to compete with others.

Despite the high number of foreclosures in AZ (Maricopa County), there is a rat race to get to the best "deals". Most of these I am sure are not advertised through these sites.

When I turned a property or 2 a year, it didn't matter how quick I was. I had plenty of time to search for a deal and didn't need or want an excess. Now I find myself with not enough work--when I want it, nor enough properties at a time. (I just began full time, one month ago).

Do any of you have suggestions for finding distressed properties, or have sites that you think are above others in quality?

The more rehabbing they need the better...I love that type of work and challenge.

Thanks much..If this has been asked and you can refer me to an old thread I apologize in advance, feel free to do so if necessary!
