@David Bardwell - I'm happy to connect and do a braindump of what we have collectively gathered. I too am looking for mentorship to complete my first MLO. Finding contracts has been particularly challenging as well as a good breakdown of which terms are most valuable to negotiate on. I feel like someone should do a video and walk through of a real life MLO contract, covering each section in detail

Has anyone found or developed an EXCEL version of BP's Rental Property online calculator? I prefer to see the input and outputs side by side to instantly compare how adjusting a value affects the predictions and unfortunately one cannot do that with the online calculator. You have to cycle through the pages and adjusts the various fields which somewhat time-consuming. I appreciate the help - thanks!
