Post: Baltimore gosection8.com almost 2000 listings!

Hey all - I have seen posts on here indicating there are no new vouchers in Baltimore and existing voucher holders are playing musical chairs with their residence.  I was just on the gosection8.com site and there are a MASSIVE 1935 listings!  Clearly there are more landlords willing to accept section8 than tenants who have vouchers.  For those in the "know", is the approx 1900 listing number pretty constant or is this something that has occurred because there are no new vouchers?

@Ian Barnes yes, any PM referrals would be greatly appreciated.

@Carlos Zapata I missed 2 on the list - very comprehensive!  @Michelle Clark MD - yes I'm doing that on Monday.  Thx!

@Carlos Zapata yes, I'm working on the due diligence, is there anything specific you recommend?  I will call the housing authority as you suggest.  Thanks!
