@Nancy Bender have you looked further south?? Cape San Blas or Mexico Beach? Anyone with rentals there?

Thanks for all the replies! My wife and I are mostly B&H investors in the West TN area. We have noticed an increase in investors in Nashville coming west!......there is a reason. I got interested in wholesaling after we recently sold one of our properties via a local wholesaler. It was such an easy process for us. He has offered to walk me through a deal so that I can learn the process. I am out D4D a couple hours a day. So my focus now is finding deals. I have used deal machine and prop stream as my primary apps. Being in Nashville is a little intimidating, but I am willing to get in there and get my hands dirty!
