Thanks for the input Jackie! I actually will be referring potential short sale leads to my buddy who is an experienced investor in the area for a referral fee. It is true Will everyone will be doing it if it were easy. Ur right I need to know everything before starting but i feel the best way to learn is through experience. Books and bootcamps get real repetitive. Don't worry I'm not doing this solo haha. I'll be having two really experienced real estate investors by my side every step of the way so I don't make those costly mistakes. I will keep u updated on my progress because I do value your input and expertise!

Thanks for the welcomes!! Will, I intend to start out with wholesaling as most new investors do to get my feet wet and close my first deal. Whether it is an REO property or junker from a motivated seller. In our market I believe investing in REO's and conducting shortsale deals have been hot, correct me if im wrong. Its going to be a tough time starting out, but theres nothing like a good challenge!!
