Post: New Material Webinar

Don’t get me wrong, I’m grateful for the one I attended. However are we ever going to have some new material and will the next one be less of a sales pitch to upgrade? I’m thinking about upgrading anyway because my wife and I are getting closer to seriously looking into purchasing but would like to see some different material webinars maybe hosted by other people. Love you Brandon, but I’m sure there are plenty of others that can shed some great info on us rookies.

Thanks.

Great. Thank you. While I hAve your ear let me ask you a very basic question.  If my wife and I were looking to finance a 55-70k rental property what would be our likelihood of approval

Income roughly 80-85

Current mortgage/insurance/tax 1125 month 30yr 3.25

By the time we are ready to buy we will have 0 credit card debt

15k in student loans

I know that's still a lot debt, but that's it as far as debt

We should have more than 20% down payment  plus 7 or 8 months of reserves for the new property

Ok thank you. Our DTI is fairly low. All we have as far as debt is 15k in student loans. Mo cars, credit cards, etc... Our income is around 85k. Our current house was bought for 206 at 3.25 on a 30 yr fixed and if we did this we would be moving down in house to about 175,or 180.

If we wanted to buy another home so that we can rent the home we are living in, how would we go about financing a new house?  Is there no chance a bank would do a mortgage on a new home we wanted to occupy and if so what would be needed to qualify with the same income??

Sounds great.  My sales territory brings me out of baton rouge a couple days a week, but if I'm in town I'll try to make it.

I've read that one. Honestly that's one reason I'm looking to start doing this. ReAlly looking for books covering what to look for in a rental property, buying foreclosures, negotiating, etc...there are so many out there and I'm hoping I can get some help finding useful ones.

Thanks we will. We already are going to tune in for the webinar next week. We just want to inundate ourselves with as much knowledge as we can. We plan on spending a ton of time on here.

Thanks

Sounds awesome and I really appreciate it, but just isn't possible for us at the time.   2 year old on our hands.

Thank you for the offer though
