Has anyone heard or have applied for a loan from CORNERSTONE INVESTMENT?  They contacted me on LinkedIn about applying for a low interest loan.  I've known others that have been scammed by lenders, taking their down payments and never to be seen again.

Has anyone seen this new change in the new tax bill:  sellers would have to live in their homes for five of the preceding eight years, and they could use the tax-free provision only once every five years.

This is instead of the 2 yrs you needed to live there.  This will hurt me as an investor, since I was planning on purchasing my first investment home as a first time homeowner and selling in 2 yrs., and now would need to wait 5 yrs.

Hello, I am new to real estate investing and have just joined a free 6-week class in Delaware for wholesaling.  I need to find and do a wholesale flip as soon as possible. What is the quickest way to find vacant homes to wholesale.  I have a few prospects who will be contacting me when they are ready to sell, but I need to find a seller who is anxious to sell now.  Seems that working with vacant homes is a long process.  What would anyone recommend for a quick flip.  I am looking in the lower Delaware area.

Hello Everyone,

I live in the Sussex County area and am interested in getting started with flipping since I do not want all the issues associated with rentals.  I am just trying to get some funding right now, since I have no funds due to the last real estate crash.

I was thinking about getting started with vacant properties since it would be less costly to build up my investing capital this way.   Does anyone know how the property investing is going these days?  Back in the day before the crash, it was doing really well.  Would this still be doable?  Are there many buyers for vacant land?

I'd appreciate any help or advise you could give me.
