Are we headed for another bust? I came across the the following interesting articles (note - the author paints a bleak picture of economic environment).

What are peoples thoughts? With interest rates so low, it seems to me that RE prices have skyrocketed in the last three years. And now sub prime lending is going on again. What is different now than six years ago..

Can anyone recommend a good agent in South Florida? I'm looking for duplex investment property in Broward/Dade area. Any advice much appreciated!
