Does anyone have recommendations for renovation loan contractors in Massachusetts/Boston Area? I am starting the process of a 203k loan or Homestyle renovation loan and need to find contractors that are familiar with the process and willing to work on this type of project. 

Any recommendations for experience Homestyle lenders or contractors in Boston? 

Is it possible to purchase a home with a conventional mortgage (to make my offer competitive and include a quick close) and then refinance into a 203k renovation mortgage to renovate the property?
