Thanks Dan and Jason! I am just getting a feel for the site right now and reading a lot of great stuff.

Hello everyone, I have been snooping around BP for a couple of weeks now and finally decided to join. BP seems to have some really great members and I am excited to network here. My name is Michael, born and raised in Central Florida. Wonderful state to be from, however we have been facing some hard times lately. GO AWAY FAY! I am definately a newbie when it comes to REI. I only have one small deal under my belt which was a residential income property. That was a couple of years ago though. Wanted to expand on that first deal but life got in the way. Now I'm ready to spend all my extra time in learning and making deals happen. Again, I'd like to say hello and hopfully talk to you soon. Michael. :D
