hey all:
I know this is a an old thread but I'd love to know how did it work out with your Attorney in CT Fab? (Im actually in CT and for the life of me cannot find an attorney who has experience in dealing with double closings.)
If anyone else has any suggestions on investor friendly attorneys that can handle CT please chime in;)

Question:

Im in the middle of submitting an offer for a REO

(which I will be wholesaling to my buyer using transactional funding)

but its through the Propertys listing agent and Im wondering how do I state in the offer that Im offering cash yet also remain transparent that im using trans funding?

I want to be upfront and not scare the agent or the bank off .I want it to remain appealing to the bank basically.
