@Darryl Zuber I am in need of 100% financing on some business opportunities in my area.  I have a mortgage broker trying to help me but so far it hasn't looked promising.  The property I am interested in now is a great investment by the numbers.  My search continues.

I too am looking for HML's but not for homes. I am looking for HML's for business opportunities in my area (Niagara Falls, Ontario). The opportunities are passive income and would be managed and operated by me.

Just saying hello again,  I removed my account a month or so ago after being a member for a year or so and realized it was a mistake.
