Thank you for your input @Nathan Gesner and @Greg Franck. You're right, it is nothing new. And @Paul De Luca too. I will definitely go in with the same philosophy for those who applied without seeing the unit and meet with them in person as much as possible as well.

Hello,

So, I’m an experienced real estate agent with leasing agent background. I’ve had couple of listings now where people just apply before even seeing in the unit. I’m used so summer market being hot but wow…this year is really something. Anyone with interesting insights in this? Would love to hear your thoughts. I’m in Chicago area, by the way

@Nathan Poore I can help if you’d like to know more about Chicago market. Each neighborhood has its own unique qualities in the city. It really depends on your style and how you’d like to invest. It sounds like you have the right mindsets so far! Maybe it would help to narrow the cities more...maybe have the top 3 in mind. So excited for you already. Can’t wait to hear more of what you’re planning next!
