Hello All,

We are in search for a reliable, investor friendly handyman to cover general repairs and minor plumbing & electrical for rental properties in metro Atlanta. The majority of the properties are located inside the perimeter in Fulton with a few outliers (6) in Dekalb and Clayton. Any leads are greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Has anyone used Firstkey Lending or any of the other hedge fund lenders such as B2R for a portfolio loan?
