He was on the last owners lease still. Nothing that i can see is in the lease about it. Im in Rhode Island.

I have a tenant who's lease is up at the end of may. He had verbally to me told me that he was going to renew and be month to month about 2 weeks ago. Last week he told me that he was moving out yesterday. He's all gone now. Is there anything I can do??

There is a house for sale that the realtor has listed has a two family. I go and look at it and the house has three floors and three kitchens. The tax assessor website lists the house as a three family. My question is who do i believe the realtor or the tax assessor website? Obviously what this house is zoned as will affect my offer quite a bit.

My name is Maxwell. I'm 20 years old and work 40-65 hours a week. The whole school thing just didn't work out for me, but I fell into a job that I really like and think I'm pretty good at. At this point I still live with my parents and have considered renting. I have never been able to justify that expense, as i can afford to buy my own house. I am looking into buying a multifamily and living in one of the units. I have many questions about living in a potential income property. As for my goals i hope that this is just the beginning and will move on to owning multiple rental properties and maybe get into flipping.

Thanks for reading my post any advice or comments are greatly appreciated.
