Thanks for all the replies, i do agree with a lot of the comments in this thread. The only issue i am having is that they said we would have our own meter. and after they showed us they're monthly bills i was astounded at how much they pay monthly. $180.00 to $220.00. I just dont see how that is fair when we were paying maximum $15 dollars everywhere else we ever lived. 

Normally i would just be ok with paying my fair share and not squabble over a few dollars but this is crazy. My in laws have a 6,000sq foot ft house and pay maximum $60 with the same amount of adults in the house and thats with the water running daily during the summer to water their plants.

Regardless i appreciate everyones input.

we have a situation where our landlord came to us 6 months after the signed lease to demand a monthly payment of the water bill. In the contract it states that we are responsible for all utilities, and we have no problem paying our share. BUT, the water is metered by one meter, (This was not specified in the lease) we want to pay for only what we use since we are almost never home. what is the best way to go about this??

Hello everybody, i recently found out that South Carolina has recently passed a law that doesnt allow using public data for marketing purposes. my question is, what are people doing to get this info from a non public entity and what are some other methods that people use to get these types of lists.
