I am an investor based out of Charlottesville Virginia and I am currently doing a BRRRR/house hack/STR and have another property that was a house hack/rent by the room type thing.

My best piece of advice would be to house hack if you can because even if you are willing to live uncomfortably for a year or two it will get you started exponentially faster. Feel free to reach out and connect if you want to chat more.

I don’t know about house hacking as I do live in my single family home with wife and kids, and definitely not looking to move any time soon.)

Hi all, looking to connect with agents and other people, just joined.

Looking to get going with small multi unity property, 2-4 units, in Philadelphia suburbs to get started. My second choice would be a properties that need some rehab, following brrrr method... 

always open for great advice and ideas!

My goal is to do first deal by end of the year.
