I'm a new member looking to start my REI career with BP's help.

I've been listening to BP podcasts, reading any BP forums/resources that I can get my hands on (including David Greene's BRRRR), and expanding my REI network (feel free to connect!).

If you could give a newbie your best advice and top tips, what would that be?

Thanks for the insight Jason!

The average discount from asking in Q2 was not much different than Q1, or YOY. Best you can hope for for now is to reduce some of your housing costs.

From everything I've read, it seems that house hacking in Manhattan is really not feasible due to the high prices. I'm wondering - with COVID-19, does anyone believe there may be an opportunity to invest in Manhattan? I understand house hacking is probably a lot easier in other markets, but I'd love to try and make it work in NYC.

Hi all, real estate newbie here. I've been listening to the BP podcasts for a few weeks now and have been reading up on anything I can in the meantime. Would love to hear some answers on your ideas here.
