I'm 21 years old and want to get into real estate. When I ask people where I should start they say to get a mentor. Getting a good mentor seems easier said than done. Any suggestions?

Hey @Max Danto. I host a bi-weekly Zoom meeting for new/beginning investors who are between 15 and 25. It's a networking group, and we often have expert guests join our meetings. If you're interested, lmk.

Yes! I am definitely interested. How do I join in? @Dan Sheeks

Hi, my name is Max and I am 21 years old. I started listening to bigger pockets podcasts and really became interested in real estate. I have 10k in the bank and don't know where to start. What and where should I focus on to learn more? Should I invest in courses? Any tips and other advise would be highly appreciated.
