Hey @Travis Evans, if you're looking for properties in '45 and '44, I can help. I just helped a fellow BP find a deal in 44 and I personally have a 2nd flip in progress in 45. I also have lived in 45 with my family for 3 years so I'm very familiar with the area.

Hello fellow BPers, 

Would like to know if anyone could comment on the average cost per square foot for new builds with average finishes? 

I like in Austin and looking at some new build opportunities and hope to get a baseline for calculations.
