Dan S. I am in the Military and I typically rent to Military as well. Never thought about a discount though. To me I could just the same reduce rent a little bit to match whatever discount would seem fit and they would hopefully notice a more fair rate?

Hello all!

New to the site and I am excited to use it!  For all those who have used lenders outside of the traditional bank method.  As far as rental properties are concerned, what sort of deals do you offer portfolio investers and private investors to get them interested in your deals?  What sort of terms make the most sense and benefit both sides?

Thank you,

Max
