@Elizabeth Southall I just said renovations and personal debts. Mine said to not buy real estate with it but they can't technically do anything if you transfer money from your HELOC to your checking account then use it for what you want.

@Thomas Wood as far as I know I don't think location matters to apply and get approved for a STR permit. I'm gonna be applying for a STR permit in Yucca pretty soon, I live in Los Angeles. That only matters when applying for a 2nd home loan.

Hi all, I am a rookie looking to get started in wholesaling. I know this is a competitive market so I'm not asking for any handouts, just wondering if there are any wholesalers out there that are willing to give me some tips and advice. I have watched countless hours of YouTube but have never paid for training of any kind. Is it necessary? I would also love to hear about how you got started wholesaling.
