Does anyone know if there is a handbook for landlords who are interested in knowing what it takes for their building to qualify for section 8

I think they will think twice about causing trouble but what ever happens at least they cant say I did not talk to them first.

I talked to the tenant I expressed my concerns about the situation and their behavior and the safety of the tenant on the first floor and the neighbors who live next door.  They told me their side of the story and we will take it from their if it happens again I know what I have to do.

Actually the lease is with her husband and I don't see that it is my place to approach her directly sure I understand your point but I don't want to make the situation confrontational for a person who may have nothing to loose.

Thanks for the info I don't believe that I will get fined but I want to resolve this before it turns into a more dangerous situation.

I have a question, I have a tenant who's wife got into an argument with the family next door. From what the tenant on the first floor told me this is not the first time that this has happened. The problem is they argue in front of my property which makes it bad for the whole block. I will approach her husband about this but what should I say to him about controlling his wife? Should I give them a warning that if it happens again they will have to leave?
