@Ben Zimmerman just because you don’t know anyone that’s done it doesn’t mean it isn’t possible! Thinking outside the box is what’s made me a millionaire and I’ll continue to live that way! If you did your research buy and holding certain stocks is the easiest way to make money! I’ve listed the some returns from high performing stocks over the last five year’s. Just look it up corporations run this country you might as well capitalize off it. Once I grow my investments I do plan on investing in real estate for income. Every stock I’ve listed can easily be looked up. Would I continue this strategy long term? Possibly...but for now I’m using it to buy real estate and it’s working!

@Ben Zimmerman

I’ve been winning and will continue to win with it! Just because you don’t know anyone that’s done

@Brian Black I pulled my numbers directly from Robinhood look it up!

I love real estate for passive income and that’s why I won’t sell. Stocks have made me more money. Most people just over think stock investing.

@Ben Zimmerman

I’m not currently investing in Facebook it probably 5-7% of my total portfolio. I just named some of my holdings if I could screenshot my accounts returns I would If one of the richest men in the world has 49% of his money in apple why wouldn’t you at least try to emulate that? I have stocks that I’ve lost money on but my core stocks which would be apple square Nike and Amazon have made me the most money. Apple is the richest company in the world check their five year history you can’t loose with it!

@Theresa Harris I’ve got a stock account that I’m saving specifically for an apartment complex. I also own investment properties that I’m trying to pay down also by using the cash flow to pay down the principal. Hopefully I can get them paid down as well in the next five years and combine the real estate and stocks for one large deal.

@Theresa Harris I have 2 duplexes 1 vacation condo(just purchased) and 1 sfh I’m kinda scared to pick up anymore until I pay down some of these. My goal was to pay all these down in the next 5-7 years and use the money to purchase a larger multi family deal!

@Theresa Harris my thought was to eliminate my mortgage so I would have the option of scaling back from running my business. I’ve got one stock portfolio I’m trying to grow specifically to buy an apartment complex hopefully in the next five years.

@Mike Dymski I’m extremely confident I can beat 15% return based off of my past performance. I’m thinking it makes more sense to allow the stocks to do the work instead sinking a extra 30k a year in the mortgage.

@Ben Zimmerman

Apple returns for the past five years 387%

Amazon returns the past five years are 378%

Square the last five years is 1,783%

Facebook the last five years is 159%

Warren buffet has 49% of his money in apple

It’s extremely realistic just look it up. I’m not a guru I own two restoration companies and I’m not bragging either. These are my core group of stocks yes I have a few others buts this is it. I’ve only invested in these stocks the past five years and yes my returns are all over 70%!

It’s not rocket science!

Im currently thinking of buying stocks to pay off my mortgage. I’ve gotten at least 70% returns in my two portfolios I’m currently paying an extra 2500 a month in principal payments. My mortgage is 2450 a month. I owe 235k. I’ve been thinking about starting an investment account and investing the 2500 a month. Until I get enough to pay off my mortgage then I would make one big payment to pay off the mortgage.

When I do my calculations at the rate I’m paying it would take 5-7 years

If I invested the 2500 a month  according to a compounding interest calculator I could have it paid off in 2-4 years with a minimum return of 40%

Thoughts?
